Strategic Plan

In order to achieve its goals, RROC focuses on working in consultation with our stakeholders, the community and community leaders to help guide the planning for Regina’s future.

We create a four-year rolling strategic plan that is based on looking ahead to identify, develop and promote opportunities for economic advancement that will benefit the entire region. It’s a plan that aims toward steady growth overtime by identifying opportunities and implementing plans to realize them.
