Innovation Place Regina
Environmentally friendly,  Innovation Place Regina, our $60 million research and innovation centre, has added 71,000 square feet of space and now has the capacity to house 270 employees. Located next to the University of Regina, Innovation Place Regina features five buildings that host leading-edge petroleum, environmental sciences and information technology research.

The Terrace, the flagship building, is a 120,000 square foot multi tenant building designed to meet the requirements of information technology businesses. Innovation Place provides a managed network that is fast, secure and reliable. Businesses have access to a shared commercial internet connection and are provided a secure VLAN to operate within.

Adjacent to The Terrace is the Petroleum Technology Research Centre (PTRC), the strategic centre for petroleum-related research in the province. This 70,000 square foot building includes office and laboratory space and a unique pilot plant facility.

Regina's Innovation Place is also home to the NRC Centre for Sustainable Infrastructure Research. The NRC-CSIR, in close collaboration with Communities of Tomorrow, universities, municipal governments and industrial partners in Regina, the Province of Saskatchewan and elsewhere is pursuing a multi-disciplinary research and development program to develop innovative technologies and decision support tools that address the economic, social, and environmental aspects of infrastructure sustainability.

Regina’s Communities of Tomorrow (CT) is a public-private partnership with the mission of making Saskatchewan a global leader in the field of innovation sustainable municipal infrastructure.
