The City of Regina has plans for residential, commercial and industrial opportunities with the Harbour Landing and Grasslands mixed use developments. A new industrial park, the Western Industrial Lands is now zoned for expansion near the airport. Included with that development will be Canadian Pacific Railway’s new multi-stage intermodal facility and the long anticipated Global Transportation Hub. Major distribution companies are committed and construction has begun on over one million square feet of grocery distribution for Western Canada with additional, diverse residents to follow.

There are also the additional industrial lands in the region:

Ross Industrial Park: is the largest fully serviced industrial area in the region. It is developed and marketed by the City of Regina.

Sherwood Industrial Area: Lots are available from $22,500 per acre. There is no sewer or water services available so wells and septic are used in this area.

Tuxedo Industrial Park: is located rather centrally in Regina and to the east of the downtown area. It is an area that moved from residential to industrial over many years and is slowly converting further and further to an industrial area. Prices vary widely, but the average price for a lot in this area is $40,000 per acre.

Great Plains Industrial Park: is located on the #1 Highway 12 minutes east of the Regina City limits. It is slowly expanding and has an abundance of land inventory. Full services are available, however water and sewer line extensions are to the cost of the developer. There is still a good supply of smaller lots on the existing lines.

RM of Sherwood: A good supply of large and small parcels is available in the area from $ 40,000 per acre. Sewer and Water are by well and septic

Milestone Industrial Park: Milestone has an industrial park area situated adjacent to Highway 39. The industrial park is easily accessible from the highway.

Great Plains Industrial Drive: Located in the Rural Municipality of Edenwold, on the Trans-Canada Highway, near Emerald Park.
