Regina shouldn’t be afraid of dreaming big when it comes to replacing Mosaic Stadium, according to the author of a new Conference Board of Canada analysis piece about the merits and drawbacks of public investment in professional sports facilities.
“Saskatchewan is going to be a growth province for many years to come,” said Glen Hodgson. “I’m sure it’s a great change for people who have lived there through their lives and it’s probably hard to believe.
