Royal Saskatchewan Museum wins international recognition

A wide-ranging Regina exhibit that raises difficult questions about how humans damage the global ecosystem has won praise from UNESCO.

The United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization singled out the exhibit Human Factor created by the Royal Saskatchewan Museum as part of a program that recognizes projects that educate people about issues surrounding cultural diversity and the environment. The project, which is called Linking Culture, Education and Sustainability: Good Practices and Experiences from Around the World, selected 25 exemplary examples in its education for sustainable development category.
