Share some sports

Go to the Saskatchewan Sports Hall of Fame and Museum to check out the Roughriders 100 year anniversary exhibit as well as other sports memorabilia. Did you know the museum is featuring a different each month? All the more reason to visit more often!

Once you’ve absorbed your sporting lore, head over a few blocks for dinner at one of the great places on Scarth Street. Later on, grab a seat at a Regina Pats hockey game in the new Evraz Place arenas.

When the game ends, pop over to a Dewdney Avenue nightclub for a drink or two. Want some great live music? Just wander down the street until you hear something that draws you in.

Family fun

Want to spend a day entertaining your kids and helping them learn? Start your day off at the Royal Saskatchewan Museum, where you can discover what life was like for the dinosaurs, explore our First Nations heritage and see why it’s important to have a small environmental footprint.

Grab some lunch downtown before heading over to the Saskatchewan Science Centre, where you can check out a science show, make some gigantic bubbles and race up one of the tallest rock-climbing walls in the country.

When you’ve had your fill of learning, zip the kids into their jackets and take them for a crisp walk around the lake or out to play at Candy Cane Park. If you are a sport minded bunch, lace up your skates or gather your skis and head over to Wascana Lake for some fun!

Pamper and Play

Perhaps you have free time to do whatever you want during your visit to Regina! Why not fully enjoy and pamper yourself? Stop by one of the many spas in the Downtown area.

After some down time, stroll through beautiful Victoria Park on your way to Scarth St. Mall and take time to shop to your heart’s content at some of the most trendy and unique boutiques the city has to offer.

When you are all shopped out, head out for a relaxing meal and perhaps a glass of wine or specialty beers from one of the many brewpubs found in the Warehouse District.

Stay put in the District as only fun is to be had as you can dance the night away at your choice of nightclubs found in the area or head on over to Casino Regina and see what lady luck has in store for you.
