On June 27th, the entrepreneurship community across Saskatchewan will come together to celebrate the Grand Prize winner of the 2013 Progress2Capital Business Planning Competition (SYPE) and the Saskatchewan Young Professionals and Entrepreneurs (SYPE) winners for Young Professional of the Year and the VOLTA award for the Entrepreneur of the Year. Be sure to be there to cheer on your favourite finalist and raise a glass to toast and celebrate entrepreneurship excellence in Saskatchewan.

About the Progress2Capital Business Planning Competition

Applications for the 2013 P2C Competition are now closed. Please check back int he fall of 2013 for information on how to participate in the 2014 P2C Business Planning Competition.

The P2C Provincial Business Planning Competition is a community led initiative that seeks to increase the number of prosperous businesses in Saskatchewan by helping build Saskatchewan’s next generation of business leaders. The competition is a six-month program designed to teach aspiring entrepreneurs the skills needed to realize their vision through business bootcamps, mentorships, coaching, networking opportunities, the business model design and pitching workshops.

Since 2006, P2C has worked with over 400 aspiring entrepreneurs and 73 finalist teams, successfully supporting the development of dozens of start-up Saskatchewan businesses including Hillberg and Berk, NetSecure, 320 solutions, Northern Fringe Resources, 310 Taxi, Delta Point Wireless, Check-It Monitoring Solutions, Over the Hill Orchards, Sprossil Industries, Click Photobooth Rentals and more.
