Regina is home to exciting new companies ranging from advanced technology or new media startups, to innovative new firms in traditional industries. With so much happening locally, the City is ripe with opportunity for entrepreneurs, in recognition of this, Regina offers a robust array of new business support services including, but not limited to:

SpringBoard West Innovations Inc. (SBWI) -- a non-profit organization established to help innovators transform an idea into a commercial reality and to help organizations access important new innovations. 

The Entrepreneurial Foundation of Saskatchewan (EFS) -- a member-based, non-profit organization formed to provide advisory services, training and mentorship to entrepreneurs seeking access to investment capital.  

Saskatchewan Angel Investor Network (SAINT) -- a unique, new organization that connects capital-ready entrepreneurs with angel investors. The organization creates new business growth, stimulates the economy and generates return on investment. 

University of Regina University Industry - Liaison Office (UILO) - an initiative of the City of Regina and the University of Regina to promote research collaborations and partnering opportunities involving intellectual property and to build focused working relationships between the University and the business communities in our region, our country and internationally. 

Regina Public Library Business Services Library (RPL) - an extensive collection of business resources available to inform a business plan. The collection covers a wide variety of business-related topics, such as marketing and advertising, strategic planning and management, investment, public relations, business biographies, and statistics. 

Women Entrepreneurs of Saskatchewan Inc. (W.E.) – an organization that works with women who are considering starting a business, purchasing a business, or who are operating an existing business. W.E. serves to complement, rather than duplicate, the services of other organizations in supporting women entrepreneurs and in promoting entrepreneurship as a career option for girls and women.

Saskatchewan Trade and Export Partnership (STEP) - Operating as a government/industry partnership, STEP works in partnership with Saskatchewan exporters and emerging exporters to enable commercial success in global ventures.

Canadian Youth Business Foundation (CYBF) - the ‘go to’ place for youth entrepreneurship. As a national charity, we are dedicated to growing our nation’s economy one young entrepreneur at a time.

Regina Regional Opportunities Commission Business InfoSource Centre – a street level business development resource office designed to provide prospective business owners with a ‘first step’ in accessing business development assistance.

Regina is home to numerous private business and professional service firms which include venture capital and private equity firms, major commercial lenders, the Business Development Bank of Canada, and a wide variety of Business and professional consultants who offer services tailored to specific and advanced business requirements.
